Tiềm năng lớn, không bao giờ tắt. Trong thực tế, đó là ngu ngốc!

I really liked it. I am really happy she decided to continue the story. The cliff hanger is good too.

very interesting to read the way in which other cultures around the world approach raising children.

Oprah book club pick. I enjoyed it and felt that it was easier to read than the other two Faulkner's that were part of the Oprah Pick. It is not a happy book but then none of his are very happy. Main character is Joe Christmas - parallel to Jesus. The title of the book came from a remark that his wife once made about the fact that the light in August is different than any other time of the year.

this was an amazing movie, and since books are ALWAYS* better than their movies, I bet its amazing too. *except for Ghost World. That book was stupid. ....well this might be another exception. I just couldn't get into this. Perhaps partly because I knew the main story, but the book's story also didn't seem as interesting as the movie's story. Clearly the movie was based on this book, but the movie took a rather dry story and made it come alive.
